THE SIVA SHAKTI DANCE
Learn to teach 6 Kramas or sequences to help you find a deep and meaningful inner connection through the practice of Restorative Yoga. They are based around the qualities of the Absolute as viewed through the lens of Anusara Yoga and the non dual Tantric tradition. I look forward to sharing them with you!
The Shiva/Shakti Kramas or Sequences are inspired to connect us to our ‘True Nature’ through a very real and felt experience. Each one of the 6 aspects of the Absolute is used as a tool to open us up in a profound and lasting way:
CHIT – Absolute Consciousness and Awareness – you are deeply loved
ANANDA – Pure Joy or Bliss – your true heart is a jewel sparkling with pure Joy
SPANDA – Pulsating Stillness – your breath and your heartbeat dance to the Universal song
SHRI – Auspicious Beauty – you are the one and only you, rare and beautiful
SVATANTRYA -Ultimate Freedom – you are free to create the life you choose
PURNATVA – You are whole, full and perfect just as you are!

But more than any specific style, what she offers is the fruit of decades of practice, study, and real-life application of yoga’s teachings. She’s not here to show off or claim she has all the answers. She has never called herself expert. Far from it! She’s still very much a student, always learning, always growing.
